The acclaimed and award-winning Italian slow-food cultural heritage dining experience from Australia has been transported from the tiny village of Carcoar in New South Wales, Australia to the enchanting 16th Century Emirati heritage pearling village of Al Jazeera Al Hamra in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE for three years from 2023-2025 as one of the signature events of the the Ras Al Khaimah Art Festival held each February.
